Hello! My name is Darcy and I'm working with Abi this year as Social Officer for Monsu.

I'm currently studying Nursing, and I'm in my 3rd year. I have a deep love and strong passion for healthcare and helping others and feel great pride in the work I get to do as a nurse. I've always had nurses in my family and I have always felt healthcare chose me. I hope to work in Emergency and Trauma following my graduation and to travel the world using my skills to help as many people as I can.

I am looking forward to my role as Social Officer in 2023, as I'm quite a social person. I love all live events and gigs for various different genres and involve myself heavily in those scenes. I am a musician as well and love to perform, so I have always had a love for events, performances and gigs. University life should include a vast array of events, particularly live music.

Just because Peninsula Campus is on the smaller side doesn't mean we should miss out on those experiences. I hope that we can put on some exciting, enjoyable and impactful events this year for everyone to enjoy!
