Every Tuesday during the first four weeks of Semester Two, join the MONSU team at the Seahorse for some much needed comfort food and movie sesh. Each week is themed too, so find us @monsupeninsula to vote your favourite movie to watch during your lunch break.
Week 4: Everyone Belongs
MONSU Peninsula are proud supporters of the Bullying No Way: National week of action initiative.
The theme for this year's campaign is Everyone belongs. This theme highlights the importance of creating a sense of belonging and inclusion for everyone. We recognise bullying often thrives in environments where individuals feel marginalised or excluded, and it is our collective responsibility to ensure that every student feels valued and respected.
As a proud supporter of this initiative MONSU Peninsula will be hosting our final Winter Warmers with a classic coming of age movie that speaks to the misunderstood outcast in all of us.
We will also be chowing down on awesome loaded spuds that certainly belong in your belly.
Bullying No Way Week is all about the important roles that schools, families and communities play in helping young people feel accepted, respected and that they have a place where they belong.
